Designing Internal Communication to Mirror a Vibrant Work Culture
Creating inclusive and user-friendly branding that could be used without traditional design software was a fun challenge. The goal was to make design assets so easy to use and intuitive that non-designers could create posters from scratch. The first Total Rewards branding for Eat’n Park Hospitality Group brings their fun, joyful culture to life with bold icons and playful typography. Drawing inspiration from stickers and internet culture, I designed these custom icons to be both unique and highly versatile. They are crafted for seamless use across various tools, ensuring they are user-friendly and adaptable.
