The Power of Simplicity:

Rebranding Ascension’s Internal Communications

Ascension, the largest nonprofit and Catholic health system in the U.S., with over 142,000 employees, needed a rebrand of their internal communications. The challenge was to create a design that non-designers could easily implement while maintaining strict adherence to the established external brand guidelines.

To address this, we collaborated closely and reimagined the existing color palette with gradients, resulting in a dynamic branding that unified internal and external elements. This project reinforced the principle that simplicity is often the most effective design solution, offering clarity and ease of use for everyone involved.
