An expressive visual identity for Korea’s best Customer Relationship Management service

As the number of online markets keeps climbing every year, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry is in the spotlight as a key factor. Hansol Inticube, the industry’s leading company in South Korea for over 20 years, launched a new comprehensive AI customer service.
The challenge was creating a visual identity that respects the corporate brand identity. On the top, a logo should identify the profound Cloud and Big data, which leads the company as a leading company. Along with the logo and brand guide, they asked to create a condensed one-page website for their clients.
The solution was to create a brand mark based on the idea of visualizing the connection between customer and business based on data. The simple, yet three-dimensional brand mark gives spatiality to define the amount of data and adds a symbolic meaning of connection among all primary services – call center, O2O CEM, AI contact, and center. The geometrical symbol gives the flexibility of applying the corporate name in the logo in English and Korean.




Visual Design
The one-page website played as a place to introduce a new product to potential clients. Even though the company deals with corporate-size clients, introducing new products could be challenging. A key was delivering extracted information to potential clients. We used isometric infographic illustrations to support the idea with visuals.
